It's apparently been trending a bit for the last few years.  Means "drop the plus" size when it comes to models.  Any girl that is above a size 4 is considered "plus sized", giving young girls a horrible view on what is a "normal" body type - which is actually between sizes 12-14.  Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes and I think framing it around that hashtag would be an awesome way to highlight that
