He told me to ask the permissions of the commissioners that commissioned him the 2 Midna comics. I asked him to give me the links to the, but he said the links where in the descriptions. I pestered him to just send me the links, until he blocked me.

Ya that was dumb of you. Vale did have links to the original commissioners on each page, and they were not hard to find. So that's on you mate. 
However, getting permission to add on to either of their commissions is impossible. Both Mean-motor-scooter, and Xyzcba are dead accounts. Mean-motor-scooter deleted their account, while Xyzcba has been inactive for 718 weeks. 
So you would be better off starting your own commission featuring Midna. If you can get him to unblock you.
