Yeah, haha.Β That goes for the both of us.Β So, are you a student of architecture, or a practicing architect?Β I'm actually about to graduate and get my B ARCH...after 5 long years!

Nah, I'm part of a 5 yr B ARCH professional degree. Β Most schools here typically have a 4 yr environmental design degree, plus 2 yrs for masters, but mine has a 5 yr professional accredited B ARCH. Β Not sure what kind of masters I want to study, and when...either urban planning, or landscape architecture.Β That would probably take about 18 months.Β I've been thinking of going somewhere abroad for that.Β I've visited a couple of universities when I was studying abroad one summer, and the Wien Technical Institute (Where Zaha Hadid and Wolf prix teach) is of particular interest.
I've worked at a couple of firms for about two yrs now.Β Most of it isn't very glamorous design work, but it pays the bills!Β Also, I may be looking into an internship in Barcelona sometime either later this yr, or early next yr...so that's something I'm looking forward to!
Do you have skype, or something?Β I'd like to chat one of these days, if you like.Β Cheers, mate!

He he, I'm a 5th yaar student, already graduate of the bachelor degree. I also prctice a little, done some small projects, already, mostly interiors. I will get my Masters in a year, we have 6 years studies here in Warsaw, Poland, EU - 4+2 (engineer+Masters).

Yes, why would one wish to associate themselves with the 'Pritzker Prize'? Unless one wishes obtain such prestigious prize that is the Pritzker Prize (aah, alliteration). ...Or possibly you admire it.

Haha, finally someone figures this out. I'm an architecture student, and I just happen to love cartoons as well! The Pritzker is an award given out each year to what their panel considers an architect of outstanding virtues, and outstanding work. Sure, it may be considered irrelevant in today's world, but it helps to bring attention to the forefront of architecture.
I never upload anything here...this is sort of a lurker account. And of course, the practical applications and practice of architecture, for the most part, is nothing like the highly artistic, philosophical, and grand side that you tend to see in the media, or promoted by foundations of the arts, etc.
Maybe one day...
Anyway, keep up the good work!
