For the time being yeah, 'cause I wrote that Velvet has the ability to transform into any of his Eeveelutions and the color palettes would stay the same, resembling him in a way, except for the white mane lolz
So I could imagine him somewhat like a shiny Umbreon, except the rings would be either red or white, or both and the white paws would stay the same, unless you have any ideas, I would be happy to take suggestions that you have

I was thinking of buying some of the stuff from the dollar store.
Than ordering on line the other things I need.

ehh well there are some stuff they might sell at a dollar store that'll partly help you with your project, but I highly recommend that you and your sis check out an arts and crafts store or a fabric store because they are most likely have the stuff that you needed for your project, the store I go to is Joann's fabric store, Michaels arts and crafts, or just any fabric store that sells not only fabric but crafts as well, that'll help you Big time! Eventhough the supplies you'll need to get might be spendy, but believe me that it's worth it at the end when you're finished.
All in all I hope you guys have fun with the project and I wish you and your sis the best of everything!
