The story was, sadly, deleted by the site admins on grounds of copyright infringement.

I feel the need to let you know something else: The other reason Megan "nearly" lost the will to write it was because 21 of her other stories were deleted by site admins on, once again, grounds of copyright infringement and also plagiarism. At the same time, 17 of her remaining stories are also looking at a possible deletion...and she is essentially looking at getting banned from FFN. Especially if she writes a fic by copying/pasting lines from a published source (i.e game scripts, books, etc.)

If you look through her gallery, then you'll notice that not one of her deviations are written works.

Most ideas have merit. You just have to make sure they can make enough sense.

Take my "Ojamajo: The Verz Incident Redux" fic, for instance. The general idea is that the Ojamajos are playing a card game that's little more than a hobby for most people and has it become the world-changing power it is in the Yugioh anime. A collectible card game can potentially appear in any universe that is set on earth in the modern era, such as  "Ojamajo Doremi". And due to the presence of magic in "Ojamajo Doremi", there's no reason it can't bring the card game to life and cause trouble in one way or another...

Likewise, your Ojamajo Doremi/Sly Cooper crossover idea might be possible, depending on how you intended for it to happen. On one hand, the girls could've been playing the games themselves and Hana gets the idea to put herself and the others in using her magic. Hilarity ensues.

On the other hand, actually putting the Sly Cooper characters themselves in the same universe as the Ojamajos WITHOUT the games doesn't work out quite as much since the Sly Cooper characters are very cartoonish and Ojamajo Doremi is much more on the realistic end.

On another hand, the two universes could be running parallel to one another and one group of characters could somehow end up in the other universe. Once again, hilarity ensues... at least until any threats that followed them there make their presence known.

There are many ways to do a crossover, but only a handful can actually be used to their fullest. It also depends on how the idea is carried out. After all, any otherwise good idea can be wasted due to poor planning, writing, and pacing.

Scene: Hazuki is facing Shadow Hazuki. She summons Daigusto Gulldos, Ultimate Axon Kicker, and Daigusto Sphreez . Shadow Hazuki has summoned her Coach King Giantrainer, Cyberdark Dragon, and Number 9: Dyson Sphere; the former most card evolves into CXyz Coach Lord Ultimatrainer while the latter most card completely dominates the sky.

They then each summon their ace monsters: Number 33: Chronomaly Machu Mech for Doremi, Daigusto Sphreez for Hazuki, Evolzar Laggia for Aiko, Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode for Onpu, Madolche Queen Tiaramisu for Momoko, Hazy Flame Basiltrice for Pop, and Constellar Ptolemy M7 for Hana.

Scene: Doremi meets with Hana and the twosome proceed to deal with Jou-sama. Hana defends Doremi from one of the Verz Dragon's assaults while Doremi manages to get her own aces out. The two Ojamajos, with aid from the others, even the odds and summon their ace monsters, ready to fight to save Jou-sama.

I can now say I definitely like the Redux better than the original. You've really up-ed the drama and danger. I'm looking forward to reading more.

I did mention something about Hana and Shadow Hana being friends and how jarring it was to see the latter wanting to torture and humiliate the former one scene and suddenly becoming disturbingly close in the next. Do you have an opinion on that part? In any case, I'll explain how in a one-shot side-story.

On a related note: I'll ask thjis again: Can I make a redux of your "Rise of the Shadows" fic? The last few times I asked were met with silence. Silence doens't tell me anything. If you refuse to answer again, then I will take it as a yes and get to working on it. and if you do answer, I will require some reason on your part behind said answer.

NO! You may not do a redux of my 'Shadows' fic! I'm happy with the way it is, even if no one else thinks so!

Oh and by the by, you are NOT helping me! Your criticism does absolutely nothing for me. I do not care about being a popular author! I could care less about being popular! I personally don't care for your "constructive criticism", because you are making me second guess myself on not just my stories, but everything else as well. You make me think that every little thing I'm doing is wrong! And I am totally sick of it!

My writing style is what works for me, so I don't write to become a better author. I don't care if you say I should be better! As long as one person out there likes reading my stuff, that makes me truly happy! You can't make me do something I don't want to do! I'm going to keep writing the way that works for me, and I am not going to let you get to me anymore! Nopony's perfect! I accept all of my stories for what they are, flaws and all.

I'm not saying nobody else is happy with it; many people like seeing rewrites and comparing them to the originals. Even if you think it's "good enough", lots of people would like see such a redux anyway. I can already name two besides myself...

The second and third paragraphs of your tirade are irrelevant to the original question but I will take them apart regardless.

The only reason my criticism does nothing for you is because you prevent it from doing so; not to mention demonizing it and making it seem more like a flame than it really is. You obviously do not know the difference between constructive criticism and flaming. But guess what? No matter where you go, no matter what you do, people are going to give you their criticism. And if you do to them what you just did to me now, then they will be fully justified in tearing you apart.

I never said anything about popularity. You did (more specifically, on your deviantart; you said you would like to become more popular on this site right there on your profile. But that's beside the point, now is it?). My reasons for wanting you to improve is to keep the critics from hacking you apart. So what if you became more popular? That's just collateral. Seriously? Thinking that improving is always meant to gain popularity? That's you being very close-minded.

The reason you second guess yourself on everything is because you, like I said above, misinterpreted everything and read it in the worst possible light. My intention was never to make you think every little thing you were doing was wrong. And it was never meant to make you start second guessing yourself on everything you do. And here you are, trying to pin the blame on me. However, it was you who misread and demonized my words; therefore, you did this to yourself and thus all. Your. Fault.

And there you go again, making excuses to cover up and run from your issues. Eventually, that one person will start getting frustrated over the lack of improvement and begin asking questions. What will you do then? Snub them off like you do to everyone who gives practical advice? That will get you nowhere in the long run. And I have said it once before: It is in your best interests to become better at what you do. And then what happens when someone wants advice from you on becoming better at writing? What would you do then? Tell them to ask someone else? That you would never be able to truly help them because you actively lock yourself at a low level for no good reason at all? That's a really good way to offend someone and drop people's faith in you. So what if no one's perfect? So what if its impossible to actually become perfect? One should still strive to become better regardless.

By the way, to those who actively refuse to become better at what they do even when it's very much in their best interests to do so? It highly recommended to tear such people apart and burn them. And guess what? You're one of those people.

Writing is an art form. And so is drawing. And even your dream job is an art form, believe it or not. If you want to keep the latter, then you will have to improve, whether you like it or not.

No that that's out of the way, I believe I should give my say on this.

Do you actually believe snapping at me like this is at all the gist of what I've had to endure on the internet? This is just a slap on the wrist compared to my previous experiences. Perhaps you should show that self-centered attitude of yours off on the forums and go through what I suffered already? Go on Dueling Network and meet the idiots and morons who think they know everything and put down everyone who disagrees with them?

You're anywhere from 20-22 years old yet you you're acting like a spoiled self-centered child. I recall once where you said that it hurt because you felt my criticism was taking the fun out of YOUR writing...nevermind that you said nothing about anyone else. You also firmly established in your rant that you don't care about your writing style as long as someone likes it. Both points make you out to be very selfish. Start acting your age. And learn your place while you're at it.

And you know what? I can't help but notice the similarities between you and the Ojamajos themselves.

You're like Doremi since you two are main characters in your respective stories (not to mention using the whole "fuu, fuunu, FUU!" tic). However, Doremi overcame her faults and grew very mature (obviously exceeding you) within four years of becoming an apprentice. You, on the other hand, chose not to overcome your faults and instead use them as excuses and crutches.

You're like Hazuki in that you're both shy. But Hazuki doesn't use her shyness as an excuse whereas you do (case in point: chapter 22 of your "Ojamajo Princess" fic. You put the lines in, thus you were ultimately the one who said it). Also, Hazuki overcame that fault and became bolder whereas you chose not to. Also, she's smart, you're not (and do not even try contradicting me; you yourself said you were a "complete idiot"; even if you said it to guilt trip me into leaving you alone, you still said it).

You're like Aiko in that you both like blue and because you're athletic (in your dreams, in your case). However, Aiko is very dependable and a true friend to her fellows. As for you, well, let's just say you're nowhere near as dependable as Aiko.

You're like Onpu in that you consider yourselves wise and experienced. However, Onpu can actually back it up whereas you failed at every turn.

You're like Momoko in that you both love baking. However, Momoko actually is a great friend to her fellows. You only took baking classes to pinch her image.

You're like Pop in that you both have older siblings. However, Pop is actually the more responsible in her relation with Doremi whereas you are clearly the foolish one. That side-story fic you wrote regarding "Ojamajo Princess"? Your sister's personality earlier in it is the type who would look out for her younger sibling; its actually a lot like how my own sibling acts, in fact. To fail to see it and rewrite her to fit your ideals is very selfish.

You're like Hana in that you're both special (in the stories, in your case). However, you gave yourself a fanmade artifact that really doesn't exist in "Ojamajo Doremi" to justify having powers approaching Her Majesty's. Hana's is at least justified (even though it does make her a bit of a canon sue). You're OC self is just a mary sue, plain and simple. Not to mention one that copies various traits from other characters.

Seriously, what do you suppose the Ojamajos would say and do if they saw your attitude? You can't answer it because you've pretty much derailed them into being your cheerleaders and "friends". In truth, they would call you out and try convincing you to grow out of your faults, albeit in a much gentler way...until you begin snubbing them off too, that is.

Hell, I can even compare you to myself! We both write fics in our spare time. We both like Ojamajo Doremi. And we both have OC self inserts! But...I actually do something about my faults and my problems. I don't rely on excuses; nowhere near to your extent, at least. And as I solve a hurtle and overcom faults, I just become stronger and stronger. On the other hand, you have chosen to close your mind off to improving and decided that excuses were all you would ever need. I guess that's why you're so adamant about not becoming stronger as a person; you want your precious excuses to remain so you can use them whenever you wish.

But...If I were to tell you the truth...you're a broken pedestal to me.

You were my whole inspiration for writing. I looked up to you when I was just starting out. Every story I wrote involving your OCs was a story I wrote for you! Of course I'm going to ask for your opinion. I had to know if you liked where the story was going so I didn't disappoint you.

But I guess that's just the way you are. After all, you used the whole "that's the way I am" card as an excuse before. But here's the thing: You are fully capable of growing out of that persona, so you really have no excuse.

I don't forget things quite so easily. I recall the first time you retaliated against one of my reviews. Said review was a little something called a secret test of character; you failed that test. Big time. And I gave other such tests as well. And each and every one of them, you failed. This was your final test and chance, Megan. And you couldn't have failed more miserably if you tried.

When I choose who I want to be friends with, I choose carefully. Several bad experiences taught me that I had to be cautious and to try and get to know a person better before I can truly accept them as a friend. I try getting into their heads, see how they work, see if I can actually trust them or not. In your case, I've found nothing but a spoiled child who wants everything the way she wants it and who actively relies on excuses and refuses to overcome problems and faults just so she could continue having them.

I've put up with a lot of shit from you in the past, Megan. And I let the majority of that slide. But now, you've used up the last of my leniency.

I did specify in my last comment that I required a reason on your part if you didn't want me to write the Redux. You failed to provide that reason. Therefore, your answer changes to a "Yes" and thus allows me to begin writing it. Your childish and irrelevant tirade is also a factor in this decision.

Also, you owe Cynder 7 an apology for ignoring her. Seriously? Do you have have any idea how she feels when you do that? Or do you even care how she feels? I should also bring to mind that she is much more like the Ojamajos than the two of us combined. And really, she wants us to stop fighting, make amends, and be friends again. However, the reason for my hostility toward you is that you blocked me on ffn; I want to make amends myself, but I will not do so until I am unblocked. Seriously, you can't call someone a friend if you block them.

You brought this down upon yourself, Megan. I foresee you having a short life. Enjoy it while it lasts.
