ohh ok. I'm doing ok. Trying to expand my work. Commissions didnt work as i thought so i am trying a new approach by doing art trades.
I'm considering a web comic strip based on anime/geek stuff, but idk. i am very bad at sticking to long term projects and i'm not very good at coming up with funny stuff. but i'll try it.
My family and I are going to Philly and NYC in mid August. Hopefully i'll have everything planned by then. it's so expensive when 5 ppl are going

Commissons on DA are soo oversaturated it's really hard to get customers w/o spamming. I've considered opening a fashion/character design commission group, but i'm very bad at managing stuff. lol.

I think it's a very interesting idea. It's a good way to market and promote Misheru. Cool name by the way.
It's unknown territory for me to really have an opinion at least rite now cuz this is the first i've really seen as far as the idea. I say go for it and see how it works out.
I get a feeling it's gonna be a bit of an issue as far as getting ppl to give you credit and placing the logo. But this will hopefully be minor and very rare. And sorry about responding late.

yeah. Credit is just so I spread the word faster, but i agree i do not expect everyone to follow the rules. DA members are really good about telling artists when someone uses their work and claims as their own
Also, I hope to collaborate with you on a Halloween idea. I'll hit you up once i have time to do some designs.

I'm developing a story behind them. I sketched about characters last night. Ill clean them up this weekend. This particular concept is Halloween/magic based on horoscopes.

Hey! Yeah I was hoping to do them as comissions. I'm sure there aren't a ton of ppl who need this type of help but there could be a few who could have 2-4 characters they need help with ya know.
For now I'mma just ask friends to give me characters to work on. Need to see if I can really do it. I dont want to make a DA journal about it w/o testing my skills first. So how about it?
I should try and get crack files of Adobe so they can look atleast 1/2 decent.
If your ever unsure about something you could let me see it first.

I think you should go for it. The last designs you showed me were very good. I didn't want to draw fanart but i'm going to have to do that for more practice. I haven't really drawn sequential art in a while either so i'm gonna have to do that too.

I think fanart helps a bit cuz you dont have to worry about what the character looks like. coming up with a theme/concept is the hardest.
i come across alot of cool fanart. I like comedy ones best and cross-overs are always cool.
i'll send you a few things for ideas.
i should consider fanrt aswell until i can come up with my own drawign style. i wish alot of times i picked up illustration as a kid instead of fashion(@11 yrs old). an illustrators creativity is practically endless and very versatile.
