I know. its tough when a friend gets banned and you can't do anything to help, no matter how much you want to.
It just doesn't help because it floods the help desk. Plus hes the one that got into trouble, and so he just needs to plead his case.

well i have a clean record and i dont think everyone or anyone else besides EMOBOT999 is gonna submit a ticket. will anything happen if i put a ticket in? as in me getting punished.

I don't think you'll get punished unless you constantly submit reports (Spaming and flooding the help desk)/add threatening notions in the letters. I don't think you'll do that though. So I wouldn't worry if you've already added your note. More than likely the help desk staff will either ignore your note or tell you the same thing I told Bio.
Hopefully your friend will be able to come back and keep from doing what he did to get himself in trouble.
