Coming this August the 16th is 's biggest and best DevMEET of the summer and we hope you can attend! We will be heading to Centre Island to hang out, check out the petting zoo, going out to eat and exploring the island. It's an all ages meet; come by yourself or with a friend if you like, everyone is welcome!

Cool! I'm from up north. A little town called Elliot Lake. It's in between Sudbury and Sault St. Marie. You are quite a good photographer! I like to take pictures sometimes.

I've heard of Elliot Lake before, I've heard of a lot of places up north since my dad was from there. Well, he was from Sutton, and I've got some friends who are originally from up in that vicinity too. Yeah I really should go through photos and start uploading stuff again, last thing I uploaded was the wedding cake I did for my cousin since that was my real first piece for someone. I know the feeling of school getting you down, now I've got work keeping me busy basically, lots of stuff to do there

What do you do? Are you a photographer as a career? or is it just a hobby type thing? Photography is really more of a hobby with me.

Originally I started going to school to be a photographer, but that didn't work out very well in the end, so I dropped out (as some personal things started happening as well as bad grades and such) I took some time to myself and figured out in the end that baking was what I really wanted to do, so I went back to school for that and now I work as a baker.

Oh wow! similar story to me. I went to Fanshawe college about 7 years ago for fine arts and then general arts and sciences. I hated it and dropped out because of lowish grades and the fact Murphy`s Law was happening to me daily.
Then I took a psw course online through Sault College... Hated that even more I think.
So I did some thinking too and I eventually realized.. Hey I have always loved videogames.... and I have a lot of videogame esque ideas in my head, so why don`t I go into that? So that's what I plan to do.
Ah a baker! That is totally different! I guess in a way it's still creative though right?
