You need to LEARN more about Chinese history.

Both Tibet and China were part of the MONGOLIAN and MANCHURIAN EMPIRES.

I got my volume from Kinokuniya bookstore. You can also find Super Mario Kun volumes from a lot of Japanese bookstores. I get most of my Super Mario Kun mangas from Seattle and some from L.A. The volumes that focused on Super Paper Mario, are Volume 37 and 38.
Each volume is about $6.50.
