yes and no. Got a puppy yesterday. He's cute, but full of ticks. we got the pup from someone who found them on the side of the road. so I don't know the whole story. I'm just worried for the puppy. I've been up all night removing them. only to put a small dent in the amout that's on him.

(sorry, turned into a worry vent)

As for the pup, bathe him with a special shampoo, comb his hair and pick the ones that are still left. Repeat until he's all clean

when we got home, I bathed him in Dawn dish soap, cause it's all I have. I'm using a comb for most of them. and putting iodine on the spots too.
