Really? Yup it is. Heh. I submitted the design to Scailles.com and it won a T-shirt design contest. So they have been selling shirts with my design on it. 
Now I'm wondering where you've seen it. 
I've designed and sold some of my clothing before and I always get a kick out of running into the buyers wearing them.
