I am a young, crazy cosplayer who started dressing up to make people stare when I was 16. 6 years later and I couldn't be happier.This is where I will post most of my cosplay images. I am currently trying to post one a day until I run out of photos... I do have a tumblr which I will use for EVERYTHING, so it won't just feature my cosplay. Feel free to take a peek!

Fyi, bro... There are very few women who would take this as a compliment. The ones that do are not worth getting to know. While I am sure several cosplayers receive this kind of comment on a daily basis, I, honestly, find it quite creepy. Judging by your lack of complete tact and public decency, I can only infer that you are roughly a 17 year old male who cannot control himself while he is sitting behind his computer.
For future reference: Women enjoy hearing things like, "hey! Nice job on this cosplay!" or, alternatively, "hey! You're pretty!" The above comment is sexual harassment. Please, kindly, learn some manners, what is acceptable in a forum of public opinion, and, also, how to speak the English language without your tongue hanging out of your mouth.

You're right: The cosplay was not "good". It was something I put together as a way to play in the water while enjoying a vacation and a photo shoot with friends. It was supposed to be "cute", "sexy" and keep me cool in the 100 degree weather in which I was going to be standing outside in for a long amount of time. It didn't need to be cumbersome like my contest cosplay.
As I said, it needed to be used to play in the water. As for "raw emotional response", you should know the people behind that screen have thoughts and feelings. Some of them are victims of sexual assault. That's right: You were sexually harassing a rape victim last night. So, I will not apologize if I took online sexual harassment a little personally.

It's a play on it. I got by the name Phoenix when I cosplay and I use variations as my gaming handle and username on various sites (LadyPh03n1x, Lady Phoenix, Feenix, etc.). I've always related to the Phoenix in mythology and the nickname stuck, especially because of a tattoo I have now. When I was RPing Morrigan, I met someone who was playing Phoenix Wright and I had that on the brain so, when I was trying to come up with a unique cosplay name, Phoenix Wrong stuck out to me. I felt it spoke about me and my interests. Thus, I became Phoenix Wrong...in costume, anyhow.
