I've done a few OC Servant sheets, you can find them on reddit (www.reddit.com/user/DrakeFai ) and the beasts lair forum (forums.nrvnqsr.com/showthread.… ) Personal favorites of mine, Yurlungur: The rainbow serpent of Australia. Mary Seacole: A woman whom helped soldiers in the Crimian war, and was so kind and loving that they often called her mother. and Caster Artoria: an alternate version of Artoria Pendragon that was taught the arts of magecraft by Merlin.
I also have a few in the works, Berserker Artoria, Foreigner Carl Jung, and more.

And these servant ideas aren't to sneer at, Carl Jung would make an awesome Foreigner now that I think about it.

Yeah, Mary's probably my favorite too. One idea I had for her that I didn't add (because I thought of it after the fact) was that some of the soldiers she can summon with her NP are Counter Guardians, and now she is one by proxy.
And yeah, Carl Jung would make an awesome Foreigner. Unlike most other Foreigners, who borrow/stole the powers of Lovecraftian horrors, Jung would be given the powers of Philemon. Philemon, unlike the Lovecraftial elder gods, want to help humanity, and does so through Jung. Also Fate's version of Jung was an amazing mage (more on that latter, cause this is starting fell like an info dump)

IKR when you stop to read their interludes/stories, there's quite a lot of servants with a lot of sad backgrounds...
And oh boy, I'm not knowledgeable in Lovecratian mythos so I only know the outer gods. Besides Azathoth (DUH) I like the concept of Shub-Niggurath (LOVED WHEN SHE APPEARED IN SOUTH PARK'S GAME HAHA). I also knew Yog-Sothoth so I liked to see him in FGO
