*weeps in shame* no. I've been a lazy bugger for at least the past four months. I might put something up soon, considering it's summer break and all, but for the most part, all my work has been for one of my other accounts.

IT'S ALIVE! ALIIIIVEEE!!! XD Yeah, I'm still around.
As for the Bf-109, I'm not gonna lie to you, I haven't been working on it that much these past few days. It's been pissing me off something fierce; I have a really good idea for how I want to pose it, but every time I try to put it down on paper, some part of the scene comes out wrong. God, I must've traced it onto a new sheet 2 or 3 times now. School isn't helping much either. But it IS getting done!
No problem! And hey, whatever design process you use to make them, I LOVE your crusader pictures.
Yeah, I know. I kinda named my story "Operation Valkyrie" just so that I'd have a title to link all these different story ideas together...then about a month ago I saw a poster for the movie, then did some research on it...and I was like "...dammit." Stupid history, beating me to the punch yet again! *$#^@!!

You probably hate me now for the assignment I gave you hahaha sorry abouth that man. Starting over again and again is part of the proces. But thats good practise.
Thx for the appreciation of my crusader pictures. I am now in my medieval time period so I won't be drawing some aircrafts for a while.
Yeah abouth operation Valkyrie I to had no idea that the operation to kill Hitler was called that way. To bad it didn't work.
Okay I am gonna leave you now, you probably still have some work to do Take care mate!

Ahh, it's nothing. Actually, you're right. It is good practice, and it's also kinda fun...when I have a spare three hours to build up enough momentum.
D'oh! Now I have nobody to babble on and on with about WWII! Just kidding, just kidding.
There's an American author named Jeff Shaara, he writes REALLY historically accurate novels about all the wars America was involved with. Anyways, he's in the middle of this trilogy on the European theatre of WWII, and in the second book "The Steel Wave", the conspiracy to assassinate Hitler crops up. I was kind of surprised to learn that the conspirators at first wanted Rommel to be the replacement leader, (you know, to negotiate with the Allies for ending the war) but he was too busy doing his job as a soldier to consider it. It's a pity; if he had given them his support, not only might he have survived the war, but the plot might have succeeded!
Bye! I'll see ya later!

I don't know Rommel was the best German general and I think he was loyal to Hitler. So I don't think he would surrender. He would fight to the death but thats my opinion. Its something we'll never know and there a lot of those moments in history
Take care mate!

He was indeed loyal to Hitler, but his loyalty to his troops came first. He wasn't one of the toadying yes-men that Hitler surrounded himself with, he was a soldier first and foremost. The grasp of reality that comes with that kinda crippled him in terms of getting support.
Also Tschuss! Bis Nachher!

Now thats an admirable general one who thinks abouth his soldiers. Like general Paulus who surrendered to the Russians with his army of 300 000 men.
