Oo, you use symbol animation right? if it's flash. Are there a lot of options for that? Probably redundant, but have you tried updating the driver and whatnot.

I DID use symbol animation, yes.
I actually lost my copy when my computer underwent a full reinstall. Dropped the fucker down the stairs, had to get a new motherboard! And I couldn't be arsed to get a new pirated copy of flash.
I've heard interesting things about HTML5 animation... maybe I should look into it.

html5, tht's some intense coding stuff, I wish I was more knowledgeable on how to do those kinds of things.
I've only ever done traditional animation stuff, and it's too much work haha.

Yeah, traditional animation is a huuuge bastard. Mad props to all those crazies who actually do it, though! Gives you a whole new perspective on the work that goes into the stuff.
Seriously the movies I watch nowadays are more for the beauty of their animation than anything.
Studio Ghibli films are like heroin.

Haha same, the graphic effects and the fluidity of certain animations styles blow me away. Everything that comes out of Ghibli is so characteristic as a Japanese studio, but the variety of scenes they produce is what keeps me watching. With miyazaki retired I have a lot of hopes for studios like madhouse and mir (trigger and bones too). But I really want to see what new studios will make it big.

I only use photoshop to get brochures, posters, business cards, etc. I need to learn illustrator quick though,lol.

Im fine going in for a job interview for a art teacher I hope they offer me 8 hours or same pay so my life has meaning.

Were having a baby next year!!!! scared but excited!!! Me a dad never would have thought.
