I use paint tool sai and I honestly don't know how to give advice 
Easier said than done but paying attention to people outside or in movies/television/videos can help you learn anatomy a bit. Like how they stand sit or move. References always help too and paying attention to detail on other artists drawings can help you learn how certain things are draw. Also practice a lot! Even a doodle can help you learn and increase your skill! 'v'

Hmm, Have you ever tried cooking apples in a frying pan?
One of my friends used to do that for breakfast.. Im not sure how it works.. or maybe it was bananas.. My Memory is so bad XDD
