I have seen it! That person does a lot of pre-movie comics (although most of them aren't "canon" since I consider the book continuity to be the canon in this universe but they're all still really good). Anyway, if you have the time, you should check out the books too. Pitch's backstory will make you sob.

Dirty little secret time: I started watching you because of the picture you posted on Tumblr of Pitch in the leather jacket. Mmmm, yes, that was lovely.

Is it...is it possible you don't know the fabulousness of Miguel? Oh my, if you have not seen it yet, you must look up The Road to El Dorado and watch it as quickly as you possibly can because it is probably one of the best things that Dreamworks has ever put out. (Aside from Rise of the Guardians, but Road to El Dorado has been around longer)

That's what my friends keep saying but like...every time I look at my own writing I just seriously want to cry. Not even trying to fish, I swear, I know it seems like it, but my own writing makes me cringe.

I would seriously suggest a rewatch, it's a whole different experience when you're older, plus the homosexual subtext is through the freaking roof. (Doesn't help that I found out the two male main characters were originally supposed to be in an actual romantic relationship before some putz cut it for fear of backlash) And as for Rise of the Guardians, you must, absolutely must see it before it gets out of theaters. Seriously. It's an amazing experience. I've seen it twice already, plan to see it a third time in a few days and then a fourth about a week from now. Such a great movie.

I thinks that's how most great artists of any kind are, be it painters or writers or musicians or any other kind. And not to say that people can't be confident or aren't allowed to, but it bugs me when I see something sorely needing work and the creator thinks it's the shit and won't take anything other than "OMG this is great!"
I have quite a bit or trouble with my own writing (it's all on Fanfiction.net if you're curious, but I guarantee it'll make your eyes bleed from it's horribleness, so I don't recommend asking for my penname ), and despite the small amount of positive reactions, I still feel I have a long way to go before I'm happy with my abilities.

I've noticed that with my favorite movies from my childhood; I understand more and make more connections than just "Ooh.... Pretty colors." Re-watching everything now, I feel like I've come a long way from that introverted tom-boy I once was.

Well just rub it all in my face, why don't you?

Oh no, I have an account. I don't really go on that one much either, though...I've moved to another site called AO3. But I do have some of my fan fiction up there. Mostly my old crappy stuff but some of my newer stuff. If you don't mind it, I'll see if I can come up with some suggestions. Well I know I'm not lying when I say I just thoroughly enjoyed "Strength," despite the fact that Korra's story didn't interest me quite as much as the original Avatar. The only thing I have to say is that I would never in a million years have thought of the pairing. (And that't not a bad thing.)

Honestly, I only watched Korra because of it being a sequel to Avatar. I was severely unimpressed with most of it, and didn't like it nearly as much as the original. Anyway, the pairing kinda popped out of nowhere. I saw it on Tumblr and I was like...yeah, I could get into that. It's kind of crack, I guess, but you know, I like it. I have no delusions of it every becoming canon, it's just for fun.

Nah, it's fine, I do the same thing. I'm fully aware Korra is nothing special, however, I will most definitely be watching season two and I will probably be freaking out over it. I'm unimpressed with it, that doesn't mean I don't enjoy the fandom immensely, not to mention the characters.

Rule #1 of Tumblr: there is always porn, if you know where to look. Actually, you don't even have to try that hard. It's pretty much everywhere. One of the reasons I enjoy the site so much. It's become my obsession. I spend most of my time on the internet there. It also feeds heavily into my internet addiction, since I can't stay away from it for more than a short time.

Lin was great. I also loved Bolin, and Iroh II a lot. Amon was a decent villain. Oh, and Asami! I freaking loved Asami! Hell, okay, fine, I liked most of the characters. I did not, however, like Korra very much. Or Mako. And I didn't like them ending up together even more. Bleh.
