# About me
As an Canadian artist, I have worked with many mediums but Leather is by far one of my all time favorites to work with and brings me the most joy. I also enjoy working with other mediums, such as polymer clay, plastic, paints, wood, metal and every day junk laying around that I can create pieces with. I can create art from junk or the best of materials, I improvise and work with what I have in front of me and enjoy the natural processes of the material i use, rust grime and weathering are things i like to emulate.The art that has inspired and fascinated me since I was young is medical illustration/anatomical , bio mechanical and surreal art.. I enjoy incorporating those styles into my own pieces.
I started with pencil and paper, and soon realized that I wanted to create pieces that are more tangible, something with weight and longevity that I could build with both of my hands.
My living room is my workshop and as i expand into different mediums i lack the space to grow and I hope to someday be able to move into an appropriate working space. I love what I do and I would love to share it with the rest of the world.
All my work is original, but I can also re create almost anything and give it a twist of originality. I am always open to new ideas and textures to work with, and am always up for a challenge.
