Hello everyone,
My name, as you probably already know…. is Kate……better known as ‘Kate the Chaser’.
When I was a kid I loved going into the woods…at night. Me and CR would scare each other silly with flash lights we bought along, for fun.
Then we both began to hallucinate things, that would send us screaming back to my house.
I remember being chased by this…. thing. Tall and thin with no face wearing a suit and red tie. With only my flashlight I found these notes pinned to the trees…. after finding eight of them I blacked out…..
I was sent to a psychiatric ward after being found with my broken video camera, flashlight and a stash of weird drawings. I tried explaining to the doctors what I had seen what I knew wasn’t a
hallucination but they didn’t believe me, naturally.
After a couple of years however I was deemed ‘stable’ and sent home where I lived with my Mother, in the house in the woods where I grew up.
I didn’t see the faceless being for a while but that changed once Mum died. I began to see him and began to draw him more and more frequently.
Then he came for me.
I knew he was coming as I drew him and his symbol everywhere…. I tried to barricade the doors and windows only to find he was inside the house….. trapped and in a desperate attempt to escape I jumped out the window.
He caught me though, I screamed in a desperate effort that someone, anyone would hear them.
That’s when I became his…. proxy.
My will became his, my sole purpose to carry out his bidding…..
Slenderman which I came to know him as ordered me to lay in wait for my prey in the abandoned mine.
Lauren’s first mistake was trying to find out what happened to me.
Lauren, my childhood friend who I played with on the swings outside my house.
Lauren who was now my prey.
I was feral covered in blood, wearing a mask with, a black substance over it. However due to the time spent in the mines my skin was pale and stunned by light. So she managed to evade me.
But I found her.
Let's say she didn't live to tell the tale.
Just remember this.
Don't come into the woods...... you won't come out... alive.....
Because if you do......
You'll see me tonight,

She chases you because she was trying to sleep and the noise from the generators when you turn them on gives her a rude awakening. So she chases you until she kills you in a rage of you waking her up.

Not quite, but I've seen 'concrete giraffes' and 'marik and bukora play slender' I just want to be able to tell someone a comical 'real reason' why kate chases you in the mines.

(( hiya! Long time no speak! Just dropping a starter if that's ok! 
The Dreamer climbed on top of one of the metal containers in the mines. She crawled across the top silently on all fours, hoping to see Kate somewhere. She must've cut her hair because it was touching her shoulders now and it was becoming wavy. She leaned over the edge of the container and made a purr-like noise, her extended time near Slenderman must've started to make her act a little more animalistic. She asked," Kate? You here?" Her question echoed through the mines.

Kate who had been sleeping woke up slowly and shook her head disorientated for a second and then she got up dusting off her jeans.
"Dreamer! How are you!" she called out as she headed towards where she thought she heard her fellow proxy from.

The Dreamer grinned under her mask and said," I'm doing better!" She jumped down off of the container and waited for Kate to come closer.

She ran towards the Dreamer and reached her hands out to her fellow proxy once she was close enough.

The Dreamer did the same thing and when Kate reached her, The Dreamer wrapped her arms around Kate. She let herself fall backwards with Kate in her embrace, landing on her back with an "omph!". The Dreamer laughed and said," happy to see me?"

"I'm bored down here! The boss hasn't bothered to send anymore future proxies down here.."

The Dreamer patted Kate's head and sighed," well I've kept myself really busy, taking up extra missions and tasks…and keeping Maksy and Toby from killing each other…" She chuckled softly, then she got an idea. She said to Kate," hey, since you're bored, and I have the next two nights off…you want to go into a nearby town with me? I know someone that can let us into the local library."

Alex wandered around the mine, looking quite bored instead of in fear and paranoia, like the many other people before who were in these kinds of situations. He flicked the flashlight on and off repeatedly, and just groaned loudly. "For fuck's sake, why am I the one getting in these kinds of situations? There's 7 fucking billion more people out there but no, fate just had to pick a virus, a walking killing machine at that." He said, huffing in annoyance. He kicked a wall during his annoyed mind, leaving a big dent in it with the noise echoing through the mine quite loudly.

Kate who had been sleeping at the time was startled by the echo of a male voice. She stiffened as she saw the flashlight and quietly got up pulling her knife out of her hoodie pocket.

He growled even louder, sounding more like a wild predator instead of a normal human as he just wandered around the mine, his flashlight now forgotten and was in his pocket.

Jackson was wandering the forest 'another successful kill' he thought as he put his blood covered knife back in his belt. He soon came across a mine and curiosity took the better of him as he walked inside, looking around. Though, he was prepared if anything jumped out at him.

Concealed in the shadows Kate narrowed her eyes at the intruder pulling her lips back in a silent snarl.

The young man had pitch black hair, rows of sharp teeth, red and black eyes, stitches over his right eye and a proxy symbol tattooed on the left side of his neck.

She frowned but stayed silent seeing weather he could find her.

Molly was walking all the way to the similar mine which she already knew and had seen before, "Now this time I'm gonna kill her for stabbing my face. .If I can. . !" The little girl's button eye on the left was covered by the side bangs of her long, brown hair. After some time, she arrived there and went inside, pulling out her biggest knife from her pocket. "Come on,, take it easy.." She said with a lil sigh.
