Also- I think it's funny that the voice actor for Isidro is also Connie in Attack on Titan! All the people who hate on one or the other anime need to know there's a bridge in between now. Lol

Yeah! My biggest question is how the hell are they gonna handle this adaptation!? You and I both know how twisted and dark the series gets after the ending of the Golden Age arc. Not to mention the sheer amount of content the following arcs contain is too much for one 12 episode season to cover. I'm very curious to see the final result, here's hoping it becomes anime's perfect answer to Game of Thrones.

I've been doing good too, I recently got 'XCOM: Enemy Within' for my Xbox and I'm having fun playing that. I'm trying to get my group together to pre-order our con passes before November ends. I'm also trying to figure out what to model next, some people say I should make something from Attack on Titan, what do you think?

I'm playing Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag... Kind of. I haven't had much time to put into it 'XD
Something from Attack on Titan would be cool. If you wanted a real challenge, you could make models of the 3DM gear; I would think the manga's version would be easier...

Big differences in the overall appearance.
The manga's is simple and cylindrical - images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__c…
The anime's is more intricate; it's two axles are visibly separate (I assumes there are two separate axles inside the manga version)- static1.wikia.nocookie.net/__c… and images1.wikia.nocookie.net/__c…
They work the same way, though, as far as can tell.

I just finished watching the first half of Attack on Titan, working on a 3D model of Kyubey, and enjoy a fun little indie game called 'Papers, Please'. I also wanted to ask you, now that you guys are register for Ohayocon 2014 did you also get a hotel room reserved yet? I went on the Hyatt's site to check out room rates but I couldn't find any.

Ah, yiss. Attack on Titan. I also finished the season up, but I had already read pat that point anyway 'XD Some notable differences, but nothing too bad.
As for the hotels, I would try asking for roomies on the Facebook page. Usually people offer/request rooms and such on sites and pages like that.
My sister and I are going to book at the Crown Plaza. I have a couple of close friends pitching in to stay with us.

I never said that. We just don't want to stay there. I stayed once and it was horrible. I don't remember what floor we were on, but the elevators were constantly packed and we had to carry most of our stuff in and out. It was a pain in the ass! Plus, it's more expensive than the other hotels.
I've also stayed at the Crown Plaza, Red Roof Inn, and the Drury Inn. The Drury isn't as crazy as the Hyatt, in my experience. The Red Roof, while the hotel itself is nice and not nearly is bust, it just kind of sucks that it's down the street from the convention center (especially in winter). The Crown Plaza is directly across the street and has a sky walk that connects to the convention center, so it's pretty good
