# About me
Hello and how the hell are ya? I'm Brittany. I am a quirky, amateur artist currently taking up space in the country known as the U.S.A and working hard to be a Concept Artist someday.I'm most likely one of the strangest people you'll ever meet and a pursuer of many fandoms. Particularly Transformers, The Nightmare Before Christmas, and Paranormal Studies (like Vampires, Ghosts, things that go bump in the night)
So, don't be shy. I don't bite very hard.

So quiet...everything okay over there in the medical bay?

I knew my favorite seeker would come....."seek" me out eventually.
Yes yes, everything's fine. I'm just absolutely swamped with work. You miss a few days of school and BAM! You have piles of work stacked to the ceiling. I haven't really been on DA much.
I've been meaning to sift through your work and catch up on things I've missed but I keep forgetting, my brain pan all but overwhelmed at the moment.
But I appreciate the concern. As soon as I get this work cataloged and the med bay back in order (I've been doing some redecorating as well) I'll be back to my usually self, leaving prognosis's, and critiques were I see fit.
And how have you been? It's been so long since I've checked in with you. Tell me, what hurts?

Well, yes, I've been pretty busy myself between getting more popular on here (always interesting, and I have a highly entertaining trine now) and dealing with the stressful weirdness that is life back in the Con Cave. But even as focused on my own well-being as I am, I've wondered what happened to you. I'm relieved that it is nothing spark-threatening.
Me? Well, So much has happened. Things around here either happen quickly or slowly, and I tend to be a catalyst, for good or ill. I can't help it. I get tired of sameness. It's boring. Well, okay, in short...several weeks ago, I lost the only computer I've ever loved (and the only computer I had left in running condition), was getting pounded hard on all sides by family, medical bills, government people, insurance, stuff breaking, stuff getting lost, random people taking advantage of me, and...eh...I might have taken temporary leave of my senses. I have no money, no computer (have been sneaking onto my dad's), no patience, really nothing left but a whole lot of indignation.
BUT as of Friday, I have found a chance. It's a crazy chance that I had to beg for, and it will mean a ton of work for me, and I probably find out tomorrow morning if I even get it...but it would give me just enough to hopefully get my life back and scrape by.
If things go south again...well, I hear mental wards are nice this time of year.
But, if you read the journals, you'll probably get the jist.
On a happier note, my Transformer gang has been busy since your disappearance too, and should offer some nice entertainment when you get the chance to see the comics and stuff.
Physically...would you mind taking a look at my left optic? It won't stop TWITCHING. It's driving me CRAZY. *twitch twitch*

Primus, my helm aches just thinking about it all. But, I've been in nearly the same situation (and I know how strange that sounds considering how young I am, but I'm not exaggerating) and I can assure you that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
It's always darkest before the dawn, as the old cliche saying goes.
And I actually haven't been keeping up the journals, this is all news to me. Sorry.
Twitching optic, huh? It's just a muscle spasm, it'll pass. Most likely due to stress. Try to relax, if possible. Nothing spark threatening, I get them all the time.

ImmortalSpark In reply to Nightshade223 [2012-10-22 17:43:36 +0000 UTC]
Ahem, I am not exactly OLD lol. Though sometimes I feel like it. I like to say I'm twice as old as I look, twice as young as I feel, and four times as wise as I act.
As for tunnels...I don't have to remind YOU that the light in a tunnel isn't ALWAYS an exit. >/
I don't blame you. I'm a compulsive journal writer. I would be surprised if anyone besides my insane stalker/followers and Skywarp and Thundercracker read every single one. And even then, I sometimes wonder how much is actually digested.
The spasm has been happening for WEEKS. Are you SURE there's nothing in there? No broken parts, no bits of shrapnel, no incindiary devices...*makes funny faces so you can definitely see*
Aghhhh. I'm just...being pushed around. You know how much I LOVE that. I think I spent too much time on the outside, I somehow deluded myself into thinking things would be different. I'm different. It's tougher now not to strike out. Not to get caught. The stakes are higher and I find myself more and more tired of the games.

No, I didn't mean it like that. Truthfully, I have no idea what age you are. But were as you seem like you have a bit more independence, I still have to sponge off from my parents (well, just for the essentials, like a roof over my head, food, and transportation when my friends are not available. I pay for almost everything else myself. I don't like being dependent on other people).
All too true. Sometimes the light is a nasty train ready to grind your face into the rails. But nothing you can't bounce back from. A little pride patching, a bit of buffing, and voila! That is unless it crushes you completely and extinguishes your spark. Then you are, for lack of a better word, screwed.
But lets not think that way.
*gives a nervous smile* No, I'm sure your quite alright. No need to make faces at me. I'd say your problem is purely physiological.

I absolutely HATE being dependant on other people, but I just don't have a choice when I can't trust my own body -_- I...should have more independance than I do. Losing a t-cog does that. >( I do own a ground-based transport, but I sort of grounded myself from driving it after a couple of little incidents involving me terrorizing innocent humans and nearly damaging my transport when I blacked out...
One major difference between me and Starscream, I am very fond of cars. Particularly exotics, but I've been known to drool over a select few American muscle cars. I'm picky though. It has to be pretty to look at AND fast and powerful. My major beef with the car magazines I pick up at the doctor's office (and I tend to make it loudly known during my visits...oops) is that the photos of the actual CARS are really tiny. It's a SIN I tell you.
But I digress.
I like airplanes too.

I'm more of a wheel sympathizer my self.
I love exotic cars, especially European ones.
The faster the better (though I'm not a dangerous driver by any means, I'm naturally a speed demon) though in some cases I tend to lean more towards beauty.
Which explains why the Aston Martin Volanti is my favorite and my dream car (I mean aside from obvious reasons)
I suppose you can guess who I'll have it modeled and painted after.

I love anything that can pull decent Gs, really. If it goes ridiculously fast, and does it with style...yesplease!
It must go fast, beautifully. If it moves gracefully, powerfully, effortlessly through space (be it road or air). If it glides past me, causing the ground beneath me to rumble and the grass to tremble and the stars to stop and stare as it passes by...
I wouldn't sneer at any Aston Martin that found its way to my driveway. I've loved it since I started watching James Bond films.

XD I have as well. Though, I haven't seen all of the James Bond movies. Just snippets here and there.

The description fits us both, I'd say.
I've seen almost all of them. I missed a few of the early ones, I think, and maybe a few of the later ones. Not sure.

Yay another 'Con! I'm re-watching all series right now *in G1 at the moment*, and really finding the Decepticons to be an inspiration in my personal life...Starscream in particular. I do have some fave bots, too. TFP is my fave series as well! *rambles on and on* oh right, thanks for the fave! XD
