Thanks.
As for tips, there's the generic 'keep practicing'. I'll expand on that with 'practice with a goal in mind'. When you draw, draw with the idea of trying to improve at something, such as hands or the face. Working on one or two things is less overwhelming and discouraging and it lets you focus on those areas, while still practicing the rest as usual.
For getting a style, look at several artists that you like and try to incorporate some of the elements that they like, like Artist A's nose and Artist B's eyes. By drawing from multiple sources, you get a feel for what you like and by mix and matching, and eventually owning, those elements, you'll get your own style. It'll take time though, so don't rush it.
Also, USE REFERENCES! When you're trying to figure out poses or learning anatomy or whatever, use references. Multiple references if you can. They are extremely useful and many artists are afraid to use them. Don't be afraid and use 'em!

Β Thanks for the tips! Also if you don't mind me asking what specifically by looking at my gallery should I work on? Is there any specific thing I do well or bomb at?

At a glance, some of the perspective on 'people' is a little wonky and some off anatomy and some odd hands. I didn't see anything that I'd describe as 'bombing at'. More like needing some more refinement. I'd say you're on the right track. Keep at it!
Of note is that you need to define better rib-waist-hips. Some of the torsos are blocky.
One more tip: look up art tutorials when learning. The internet has plenty, and Youtube is a great source of video tutorials.
