There IS a story behind it actually!! The name concept is from a town in Fallout 2 called Navarro. That name was taken so I adapted the 'ius' on the end to make something a little more unique!

Oh how cool, a Fallout reference! A bit of an etymological fun fact, it looks like the name is Spanish and refers to an independent province in Spain . "Navarrius" has a beautiful ring to it, it suits you well! <3
