She is not really "copying" Bleach. There are many people out there who create characters and stories based on existing works. These works are called fan art, fan fiction and doujinshi, in case you never knew. CLAMP (creators of Cardcaptor Sakura) did doujinshis (manga based on existing manga) and would you call them copying? Also her character is original. So don't randomly accuse someone when it doesn't even make sense.

I'm not saying it is fan art. Her work is similar to doujinshis, where mangakas create a new character and put it in an existing manga. I'm saying that using an manga as a base is not really copying. It is just inspiration and a way to express your imagination.
