Yes he would, but you have to understand two things:
1) jameson considers everyone beneath him, everyone xD and is only friendly to creatures who either make him money or have earned his respect in some way.
2) He is a wuss with absolutely no powers besides being super rich (like batman without the gadgets.) And is respectful to anyone with magical knowledge, out of fear. Especially true of his cousins.

well that's because the last thing i gave an opinion was rather easy to do so - it had a complex background, anatomy, colour and theme to it.
my advice: draw something big that requires a lot of work put in - your masterpiece per se. The more different things in it to opinionate on, the easier it is to do so.
