Describe it a little for me, and I'll think about trying to do something like that around my average work schedule. After all, if you check my profile for some of the stuff I've done you can tell I actually like doing poems.

Well this month is Jubilant Japanese June, focussing on Japanese forms such as the haiku, senryu, tanka, choka, mondo and renga. Next month is Rondeaus in juillet, which is focussed on the different variations on the French form rondeau.

Okay and please don't take offense to this, but as ambitious as that sounds I find myself a rather simple poet who occasionally puts down whatever his heart feels on paper without any forms like what you've listed to constrain it, so sorry but I think that sort of stuff would be way too complicated for me to even be able to write correctly, and it would require more of my time to do a good piece of those varieties than I normally have. Thanks for the very kind offer, though, and I hope you the best of luck with your works.

I think if you were to take such an endeavor, an appropriate topic for myself would be either fire or darkness. Fire would, at least to myself, go alone the lines of being a metaphor for both passion and destruction, internally speaking. Whereas darkness would be a sort of comparison of how most people find the dark to be a bad place that hides all the nasty things we're afraid of, but for me it is like a safety blanket to keep the hurt inside, if any of that makes sense.
