# About me
I find fantasy a pleasant escape. By comparison the real world can seem boring, so I bring fantasy back with me.I love when realism is well represented in art, which may seem odd given my chosen subject, fantasy. I simply attempt to bring fantasy to reality by portraying it as a part of our world, combining the two subjects into a comfortable, natural coexistence.
I use graphite, charcoal, chalk, and ink to give my illustrations and sketches boldness, whereas my landscapes show the vividness of digital art and photography or the softness of watercolours.
When art inspires me, I have to imitate it and, in my own way, pass on the inspiration to create that I myself have received.
I share my art on a variety of social media: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Flickr, Tumblr, and (of course) DevianArt. I also participate in art shows in my beautiful home area of Northwest Montana and beyond.
