Oh wow, LOL! Their... clothes. Is it really popular to dress/look like that??? I thought maybe it was a movement, like Indie kids (which I claim to be a member of). Or is it young people in general who go for this lifestyle?
Some of those songs had some good vibes, I just really wish I knew what they were saying! Lol.
For country, I've heard awful, awful stuff about trucks and girlfriends, and yeah, I was not impressed. Too twangy!
And for rap, I heard similar story lines, and was equally not impressed. I like singing! Lovely singing~ Like COPELAND!!! Copeland is my new craze, because I can mimick the sounds pretty well. Always a plus when you find a band you can SING! Sing at the top of your lungs~

And... yeah, their clothes. I find them really awesome, for one, but I couldn't dress like that in real life. Unless I happened to be in Harajuku, Japan! Where I kinda want to go, actually. I'm not sure... I think it's called Visual Kei? Or An Cafe claims to be more Oshare Kei (don't ask me what the difference is; I don't know), so their clothes are more colourful? Except in AROMA where they're all "YAY LET'S BE DARK AND STUFFZ."
Those three are some of my favourites... (Though I can't quite remember what I sent you. Kawayu's Rock, Summer Dive and AROMA, was it?) Kawayu's Rock is a bit weird, in lyrics. I don't think I ever looked up Summer Dive, and AROMA's just your typical dark romance sort of music.
Never really listened to country, so I wouldn't know.
Rap = crap, in my opinion, unless it's hilarious, then I count it as hilarity, not music.
Copeland? I'll go look.
AND YES IT'S AWESOME WHEN YOU CAN SING TO A BAND. It makes you feel all happy and fuzzy inside. :3

LOLZ. As a child, I for one loved Barney and hated Mr. Rogers (mainly cuz I was tiny and thought it was the boringest show ever). XD
No clue. All I know is that people walk down the streets in outrageous clothing and no one looks twice. (Though I may be getting an exaggerated impression of it. BUT I TOTALLY WANT TO GO AND SEE ANYWAYS.)
Visual Kei is a combination of both looks and music (I think) and it all leans to more rock. (Unless I am highly misinformed, which is totally possible.) But An Cafe is all pop-rock epicness.
Looks don't affect music, only the amount of fangirls you have. XD
So true, right? Everyone was surprised at the darkness of the video, since they're usually much happier. I actually really love that song though, since Miku's voice (and hair) are super purty. :3 And the instrumental is awesome.

I can't tell you how long it's been since I've worked on my writing. O_o ages and ages, doubtless. doubtless without a doubt. BUT! I did 3K on a new short story I've started (which I'm really excited about!) and 1.5K on yon olde work which never seems to make any progress. LOL~

Actually... this novel is so ridiculously bad, it doesn't deserve to be read by anyone else at the moment... except like, a few people whom I'd already promised... My friend and I are doing a novel trade sometime, and we're going to mass revise. I don't think I'll mind so much once it's been thoroughly FIXED. But thank you kindly for your offer.
