Hello darling! The type of knot you can make completely and totally depends on the length, stiffness, and thickness of the obi you use. The knots that are worn with furisode are often so complicated, they take a lot of skill to get it right. They most likely will require the assistance of another to accomplish it and make it look right. ^^ More complicated knots require extra obijime to keep it all together. ^^ Sometimes you can find tutorials for more simple knots, like box knots, butterfly knots, so on and so forth, however the complicated knots may be harder to find tutorials for. ^^ I'll help in whatever way I can though, to help you make your beautiful ensemble ^^

And me willingly standing by without doing anything about it makes me an accomplice and honestly a shitty person, which honestly doesn't say much about you btw. Are they your works? Or are they someone elses? Just because you've uplaoded them doesn't mean you own them. Only if you've made the pictures yourself does it make them yours. And it's no problem to me to put your name out to all of the anti art theft groups through this site~

I refer to the folder that says: my art, because it's mine, I did. I do not mean the photos I uploaded of cinema. I imagine the film photos are of other people, only went up because I like, not to steal anyone's art, I just think that these film photos are so good that more people should see them, that's all.

I'm sorry to intrude, and I really don't mean to be rude, but this site isn't for posting pictures that you like and want to share. It is exclusively for things that YOU have done, if that makes sense. A lot of people think that it is okay to post up a picture of someone else's as long as they claim that it isn't theirs, but this isn't like photobucket or youtube where that kind of thing is tolerated. This is deviantart where you're only allowed to post pictures that you created.

But screen shots technically are the art of someone else, someone else shot that scene, someone else created the stuff around the scene, someone else set up the lighting, so on and so forth. It would be different if you used the shots as reference to draw something or make a cosplay or even modify the image, but just doing a screenshot and posting it is art theft. When you post stuff on here you basically claim the copyright, in fact, there's a copyright symbol right next to the category you put the pictures in. In short, screenshots are also art theft and aren't allowed on the site. Haven't you read the TOS? You have to agree to them to get a profile and post on here.

Actually, even then they don't do anything. I know I had a ton of people report those pieces, the only ones who didn't who would have made the difference is the artists themselves... It's sad really, so many people work so hard for those pieces and are so proud of them but then these... well... assholes come along and just snatch them away taking all the credit, so if this artist wanted to post their work somewhere else or even wanted to move it to this site, they'll be considered a thief, even though they were the ones who were stolen from. And I definitely wanted to keep those comments up in the hopes that people will see the kind of attention those pieces got even though the mods never actually did anything. Apparently reports are going unchecked for a year at a time. That's embarrassing. It's like... what's even the point of reporting anymore? The mods won't do ANYTHING unless the pieces are reported by the artist themselves, but if that artist takes up residence at another site, how are they to know they are being stolen from. Anyway, there goes my rant, Thank you for leaving your comment ^^ I really appreciate it, and I tried to keep it as simple as possible, too much complexity and the cause would be lost in the details. ^^
