I hope this reaches you! I am not sure if you had ever answered this but I cannot find any info on your page.
Im looking to cosplay Ocelot as well! I have pretty much everything but the jacket...I was wondering if you can point me in the right direction? So far the only thing I can find that is close is a Cadet Jacket from the Suorov military school. Was it custom made? Thanks!

I can only tell you that I made the pattern myself. Most of it was improvised though. It is basically like every other military uniform. The Suvororv uniform looks similiar but Ocelot's jacket only has two pockets. Be careful with the details like buttons, pockets etc.
