Hey, sorry to say, but I currently have a huge amount of work and other commitments, so I don't really have time for requests.
Also, there are much more talented artists out there who do Akira Toriyama's style much better than I and who'd probably be a little more willing to take requests. I'm afraid I can't recommend anyone, but a quick search around DA will most probably find someone who can help. ^_^
