playing with things like food keeps me relaxed
one thing i have learned while in school is that you need to be able to visualize what you want to make for it to take shape
you need to be a bit of an artist to plate it in an appealing fashion.
im not an artist like most
the plate is my canvas, the food is my paint and my tools are my brushes
