The jet black haired girl walked through the forest, paranoia piling up with each sound from the forest. Her breathing became short as the moon continued to rise high into the night sky, to her surprise, she notices an abandoned cabin and ran to it and locked the doors and windows panting heavily. "f-finally...somewhere to hopefully rest...."

a girl with long brown hair woke up in the middle of the forest. She'd blacked out in the middle of a nearby town and quite frankly, she couldn't remember a lick of anything the past few hours. She stood, wincing as new burns and lacerations from /that creature/ irritated her flesh. She eventually made her way to her feet and took a deep breath. okay, Shelter first. it was Dark, the full moon lighting the ground beneath her, making the still wet blood around her tattered grey shirt and jeans as she walked. Maybe she'd find her camera in the morning. but there was little chance of finding it tonight. She took a deep breath and looked around the forest, her eyes dilating to adjust to the dark. she could see a small cabin in the distance. trying to contain her glee at some form of shelter she slowly made her way across the forest.

The dark night. Either beautiful, or just plain creepy, many have
tried to figure out what it was. But what most never realize, it is also
the most dangerous time. Never expecting what would happen next.
Only those who have been through the darkness, knows just how bad
it could be. And it was true, there were those who did know.
On top of one of the buildings in the city, a raven haired figure was gazing
at the night sky. Since the figure was never the type to socialize with.. anyone
really, the night was the best time for him. Either something might attack him, or
it was the quietness that he enjoyed. It didn't matter though. The only thing that
he did focus on, was the thoughts that flew through his mind.

Moon smiled gently to herself as she started to wander about the city. She wasn't all that fond of the night, but there was a gentle glow tonight, something she couldn't fully describe.
Maybe it was just an urge to see the stars again. Picking a building at random she quicly scrambled up the fire exits, making sure noone could see her, and stood on the ledge of the building, not even seeing the dark figure on the very same roof. She just needed a moment to take in the sky around her.

The crimson red eyes had dulled out a bit while thoughts filled
his mind. No clouds in sight. Only a beautiful, starry sky. Full of mystery
and wonder. Both his eye lids closed halfway while staring up at the
sky. "A never ending sky. Heh.." Either it was a joke or not, it couldn't
help but make him chuckle.

Moon's eyes widened, form stiffening as her head whipped to the voice, how did she not notice him before? was she really so distracted today? christ.... did he notice her or not? would it be better if she left? it seemed like he wouldn't hurt her if she didn't try first so...maybe?

One of his crimson eyes shifted a little to notice the woman on the
rooftop as well. Either he didn't notice her, or.. he was just spaced out.
Either way, it did come to a surprise. Gazing back to the sky, both his
eyes closed a bit before breathing out.

Moon eyes him for a moment longer before turning her gaze back to the sky, her shoulders were still tense, but she at least didn't have her hand on her whip. she wasn't sure who this person was, and his aura was... odd...

His body shifted a little while gazing over to the woman, gazing at
the whole appearance. The energy within her body was definitely different
from any other person, plus he could see that she had a lot of experience with
some past events. But then again, as did he. "Do you usually stare at the night
sky, or is this one of those instances that you 'felt' like it?" He spoke in a bit of a
dry, playful tone. Then again, it was the same thing as well. Either on the move, or
lost in his thoughts.

"well, I'm an astronomer..." she responded, taking a quick gulp, she really hadn't expected to run into anyone here. "So Stargazing is a natural thing for me, what about you?" she leaned back onto her heels a bit, hair ruffling in the gentle breeze. it hadn't been too long ago that she'd first come to the city, so human interaction hadn't been much thankfully...

His body shifted a little while gazing back off to the sky, before responding
back to her again. "..I do it from time to time. Usually helps when it comes to thinking
about things." His tone dropped a little while mumbling under his breath. "Then again,
it was all hell to begin with.. so not much to really think about." Both his crimson eyes
closed a bit until hearing something rather.. unusual. Well, to him anyways. Opening
both his eyes quickly, he jerked up to see a trash can laying on it's side. It could of been
an animal, or a person who could of done it, but it did catch him off guard.
