To start, I would like anything on shading, please, because I'm really bad at it. Then any other tips would be wonderful

So.. about the shadows. When I started drawing I used cotton to make shadows, helped a lot because I did not have the right stuff, but now I use a brush because I still have not got the right stuff haha but the brush is very good for making shadows, I think almost nobody uses brush beyond me because I do not know where I got the idea to use brushes. I do not know explain well how i use the brushes, but I made some videos on youtube showing how I do, so I think it would help you if you look at this one:

and in relation to the pencil that you should use, I recommend using a standard 2HB to sketch and 6B to the rest of the design and the shadows, it is dark at the point, is not much or little.
Ahh, and also about the shadows, I recommend you use an eraser to erase the highlights of the drawing after use the brushes.
and in relation to the hair, use a thin rubber to make a few strands in the hair is very good, is more realistic.
I highly recommend that you watch the videos, because then you will be able to know how to do everything that I said.
