Hi! I’m LittleTuxedoPeople I'm having a book cover contest for my story, here, on deviantArt. Would you think it would be possible for you to get the word out through your group, ?

Here’s the Contest Details:

You must have a girl, standing in-front\by\in\near the ocean. The character has brown hair and green eyes. The Author is K. Ross, and the title is Follow The Olympians. The cover can be any format, but must be 700x900. The due date is February 30th, 2012. The cover can be drawn or real photography. No bases. The cover must have your name in it, but no watermarks. Please add in description what you used to create it, or who is in it. There will be credit given.

Prizes;
1st- 2 Watches from ~JLKvanilla & ~LittleTuxedoPeople, 10 favorites, 1 Art Request from ~LittleTuxedoPeople Points depending on how much ~LittleTuxedoPeople has.

As a digital artist, I can respect editing of photos as practice. However, it goes against DA policies to post those images here.

By agreeing to the terms when submitting, you are basically saying 'yes I made this, and have full rights to post it'. Otherwise it's technically considered art theft. I'd reccomend removing the images that were complained about, since it could get your account banned.

Just so you know, there are tons of stock images here on the site, that you can use in the creation of art (just make sure to credit).

Hope this helps clarify why you got some negative comments. Keep on practicing!
