This is going to seem majorly stalker-y, but on your other account you have a piece called "Runes" that I fell in love with. I've wanted to get a rune tattoo for a while, and I was wondering if you had any advice, or if you would mind me considering your work?

Doesn't seem stalker-y at all.
It depends on whether you want the tattoo to "say" something or not.
It's generally better to actually have it say something as "cool lookin' gibberish" isn't as meaningful in the long run and those that work with runes tend to consider it a little disrespectful.
I don't mind if you use that work at all, but I don't think I wrote anything of value on the borders, at all. I just wanted to put all the runes on the border and so they're just sort of crammed in there.
