*was probably inside, considering the vastness of the construction, a far cry from what used to be the equivalent of a hovel in the rocks; indeed it would seem there's more than just Shard hanging about, as evidenced by the noise from within*

*The path into the volcano would be completely inaccessible, but the cave entrance is a valid choice for looking. There's a lot of tracks though, of all sorts of races. It's certainly not unoccupied.*

*The interior of the cave, or at least as far as you can see, has been worn smooth from the passing of time, though the walls are sometimes riddled with claw marks. It does smell like dragons though, and the voices only get louder as you go deeper. Soon enough you emerge into what amounts to an entry hall, filled with various races conducting business. It seems some upgrading has happened since the last time you visited. Pathways snake off of the main area, leading deeper into the lair to parts unknown.*

*No one glances up at your namedropping, aside from a kobold or two who basically say to take thaaaaaat tunnel. Right there. They seem to think that one will get you to him, but they seem scatterbrained.*

*The tunnel is long, with doors every so often leading to other places. it soon becomes extremely apparent that without a guide, you're just going to wander endlessly. Another dragon would seem to be the best idea, though the more common elves might also be useful.*
