Well, hello you. My name is Menika, and I am a girl from the cold north; currently located in the land of H.C. Andersen, vikings and fairytales. I haven't grown up yet, and I never plan to. I can read a book a day, and I love red wine and dark chocolate. I hate sports and I can't even ride a bike, but I enjoy long walks in the snow when I am wearing my fur coat. I love traveling and I especially love visiting Rome and just Italy in general (mainly Tuscany, Lazio and Umbria). I study art history at the university. I love vintage clothing, silly musicals and old horror movies.

I did, thank you :] I am done with my exams, so I am having a holiday at the moment, and it was nice to have the day off when I had birthday. I spend the day with my friends, and celebrated my birthday at home in the evening with my family, so it was a nice day

I am good. I went to a work friend's 21st Birthday party last friday. I went to there straight after I finished my shift at work so I ended up changing my clothes at work. It was fun and there was about 10 of us from work who went to that party.

I've got all four too, and yes it is a shame that he didn't write more (: He is truly amazing, I guess he is my favorite author of all time. I never get tired of reading The Catcher in the Rye even though I have read it more than 15 times by now. It is probably such a cliche to say so, but I have always felt like I could relate so much to Holden. But I guess all teenagers has felt so at some point, that's probably why that novel is so popular (:

Once there was this page on the internet where they had published 22 short stories by Salinger, like "The Young Folks" and "This Sandwich has no Mayonnaise", but sadly it's closed now, and I can't find those stories anywhere now.
