Okay, I was going to talk this through nicely until my anxiety got tripped through hell and back again wondering why this sort of comment was provoked.
I never said I didn't like your artwork. Granted, I never specifically expressed I did like your artwork either, but I'm still following you aren't I? If I didn't enjoy seeing your work, I would have deleted you from my watch list.
The only other evidence I can deduce to back up your snide remark is the fact that I haven't requested or commissioned any artwork from you. If you'd care to look through my entire DeviantArt history, you'll see the amount of requests I've made to absolutely anyone on the face of this planet can be counted on one hand.
I'm rather bloody busy with my Uni course at the moment as you can see by the journal entry you scrolled past to type this comment. In fact I'm sacrificing my entire module grade to take the time to type this to you. I have a documentary and three interviews to edit, burn DVDs for and finish the paperwork for before Tuesday. But hey! Now looks like as good a time as ever to go and affirm people's self-esteem.
Another point I would like to make is that on a journal you posted on August 29th, 2011, you asked for help in a rather attention-seeking manner for help drawing people. I posted no less than four easy-to follow and very simple tutorials on how to draw people. Then, not even a week later on September 1st 2011, you stated that you realised how little you use proportional guides but instead of using the tutorials I linked you to, you decided on using a highly anatomically incorrect manga drawing guide. Sure, I felt a little ignored, but that was your decision.
On an additional tangent, you complain that people correct you on your spelling, but never make an attempt to rectify this yourself? As you eloquently stated in a previous deviation (that could have served it's purpose in the Artist's Comments but never mind that for now) you have Asperger's Syndrome. Now, I will admit that my medical knowledge is not vast or indeed knowledgeable, but I do know that Asperger's Syndrome does not affect the effectiveness of Microsoft Word's built-in Spellchecking software.
With regards to "you visit my page a lot", do you ever consider that due to my time constraints, it's to go back and read your novel? I'm currently nearing the end of the first chapter. That's how little free time I have. And that's how many times I'm going to go back to your profile to get to your gallery to read more.
To you personally, what defines someone's liking of your art? Comments? Favourites? As much as I hate to use a cliché, true art is expression. You shouldn't have to define your art by how many people like it and for whatever reason.
Following from the point made earlier about my DA usage history, coinciding with the point made about how little time I have, if you'll look at my recent history you'll see that the most active I have been is to send links to Anna to cheer her up, and to warn two art thieves of their breakage of the DeviantArt Terms Of Use policy. I haven't posted a single comment of any substance on a piece of artwork for any other reason than pure enjoyment since February 4th.
As I flip back and forth through my evidence to present this comment to you, I see that you've had a bad day and want to be left alone. No apology though, huh, that's odd, it seems 9 hours ago you were looking to harvest an apology from me. Oh cruel irony. We mature adults like to keep it to ourselves when we have a bad day, it's only polite. Well, I can say this as my closing statement then; Grow up. Learn a lesson. Don't pick fights you can't finish.

You're the kind of person who has no confidence in their own abilities and so you force your work on other people for empty appraisal to make you feel good about yourself. If someone doesn't have the heart to say something nice about you you treat it as an insult against your life choices and act like some kind of punk. If you sat down and looked at what you're doing however you could realise the mediocre limits of what you've been producing and perhaps improve on them, but you never will because your own insecurity prevents you from viewing anything you produce in a critical way. You'll just keep going from person to person seeking their empty praise or alienating them for saying what they really mean. The only person holding you back from getting what you really want is yourself.

Alright, your turn. Perhap you could try insulting my choice in friends? my ignorant opression of your style and subjects?
