Volontiers!
First, you glide your mouse over "Deviant-Stargliderxp13". This should make a little menu appear with one of the sections called settings. Click on that. This will open a new page. It's the same page as when you want to change your icon.
There's a section called "Signature" with a blank spot for you to write in. That's where you can write anthing you want and it will appear at the bottom of every comment. You just click "save" and Voila!
