Faith without works is dead.

Faith is a god-given thing. Without divine intervention in our lives we can not do any good works; rather, we do what is evil

"In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead."  James 2:17

Jesus redeemed us forever by his sacrifice on the cross, therefore, what we do cannot inherently be evil.

By the way, I don't disagree with what you said before, I simply disagree with how you interpret it. I could tell you were catholic.
True faith is, of course, always accompanied by action. There are the kinds of people as referred to in the parable of the seeds, those who have a weak 'faith' that does not have any outward signs.
Also, we still do inherently sin, though their weight was put on Christ. Since Christ bore our judgment, God does not look on his people and their sin.

I don't quite get your reasoning on 'inherent sin'

You're welcome. I especially take a liking to your photos of some of the old buildings over there in Finland. Good craftmanship, indeed!
