A young lady, about a year older than the princess, walks into the room. She is wearing a lovely orange dress and holding a black hand-fan. She has long-blonde hair and blue eyes, though her left eye is covered with a black eyepatch.
The lady unsheaths her fan and waves it by her face.
???: Excuse me... I would like to talk amongst the ruler of this land, please.

Sparkle notice her and walks softly up to her in a strong manner, stopping and looking at the older girl up and down at all the little details of her she noticed the black eye patch and her long blonde hair.
Sparkle: "That would be me, the name is Sparkle Gem and who may you be?"

The lady smiled softly.
???: I am Felicia, the Princess and ruler of Fortis Regnum. I would like to talk some business with you, if you do not mind.

she turns and gestures her hand for the lady to follow her, she walks till she stops at a door that is green and gold, she opens it and walks in holding the door for the lady.

She turns to Sparkle Gem with a calm look, yet a soft smile was still fixed on her face.
Felicia: I'm acquainted with someone who spoke of you recently, and... being rulers of our own kingdoms, I merely figured that it'd be nice if we could negotiate a little. Possibly even get to know each other.
She puts her fan in a pocket inside of her skirt, and brushes a lock of hair from her face.

Sparkle: "I would be happy getting to know you but I must ask what negotiating do you have in mind and who is this person that you speak of that knows me?"

I've been requiring more infantry and such at the late, due to some... personal matters. But I've ALSO had a big boom at the late in cakes and other sweets, but have been running out of places to ship them outside of the kingdom...~
