Well, sorry if it sounded too categorical.

I know there are lots of people who do "renders" here, and I know that it takes work to do them, but as far as I am concerned to publish art here you should have all the rights over it - It should be originally yours or at least in part, and in this case you should have a permission from the original artist to do so and indicate his name.

Otherwise, people may think that all these art is yours. That's what I thought, and then I saw your statement in the comments saying that it is not really your art. It would be better if you write down in every piece an statement saying who the original artist is and who holds the copyright. And even then, by the dA policies, you could be doing something wrong. Sure, there's plenty of people around here doing something which is against dA's policies, but unless someone complaints they usually don't take action. I'm definitely not going to do anything in that sense, because I have no copyright involved nor I know the copyright holder. And I'm not (and don't want to be) an informer.

And my main concern is about art. Why don't you upload your original art? Maybe it is not as good as this, but if you work you can achieve wonders!
