The only thing that bothers me is he/she will not take advice to improve those horrible models .

I agree with you that his models are a bit "out of shape."
But I feel like he is trying to improve. There are times where he comes up to me for help, and I do help him.
When I first started modeling it looked like crap, but for me it took self-exploration for me to get better.
He'll be fine, I'm sure.
