lmao I know what you mean by fun, sometimes interesting sometimes like why, why do i do this to myself. pngs are fine. But It's mainly like adobe illustrator files that are giving me a hassle, but I might try and do a png again and see what i can do.

I figured it out. I guess regardless of size, it just gets extra large on deviantart, but I took the png advice. they is just huge. like one of my things is the size of a greetings card when i made it, and it is large..really large. But Illustrator is so dope. I could see you making some cool things out of it. Tbh its really just like using the pen tool and making shapes rather than drawing in so many words. But what animation programs do you use, I think I wanna invest some time into that.

gOSH ok I wouldn't have been able to answer this question a few months ago, haha. But! id say the two biggest things for me are references and repetition. Last summer I had no idea how to draw anything aside from furries and for a few months I kept drawing these wonky deformed animal people, my mistake at that time was I believed if I just practice drawing people (without a refreNCE) I would get better- A big mistake! I only started improving when I gave into looking at references and drawing the head angles/poses/proportions over and over again to get it to stick in my head. At the moment if I don't have a reference for a piece I go ahead and make my own- its good to draw yourself a lot for practice!!
The things I think would help you most if you tackle them early are proportions, balance and poses?? Big shit but once you got those big basics you can focus more on drawing details to people!!

I made you a folder! But also more key points to remember before you look!
1) always try and reference from an actual photo. Drawing references are ok, but if you follow them you could also be following a mistake the artist made- you cant trust them!
2) draw realistically THEN stylize your people (I made this mistake...trust me its hard to break from a style, always know how to draw realistic proportions before anything)
