I really like a lot of your designs, some very original concepts in there ^.^
My only suggestion would be to try to refine your style further and take it to the next stage - neatening out the designs and possibly considering adding more by way of tone.
Looking at your work, you've clearly worked hard and it really shows ^.^

I know my style needs a lot of work. But at the moment I'm more bothered about the styles and designs, and I'll refine and edit and hopefully improve on the pictures in the future, when I have the projected 180 finished.

Definately a good way to do it. To be perfectly honest with you - that's kinda how I worked my Fakemons too ^.^ I've got tons of little sketches and crappy drawings of them that reflect early concept stages and my overall experience as an artist at that time - those drawings have now been refined, redesigned and redrawn using a variety of techniques and have finally made it on here - I'm actually planning on doing some pieces showcasing some of my most drastically altered designs, showing how it was in those earlier drawings, through the redesigns to what they are now - maybe, once you've finished your project and are moving up in terms of style and ability, you could do something similar ^.^
I understand how stressful it can all be on top of life stuff, especially when it's uni and you've got so much riding on your shoulders. My advice - don't be afraid to take a break from Fakemons and focusing on other things - when everying got too much for me, I took a break from dA altogether and worked on other things and it really refreshed me when I decided to come back. Also, now I'm gonna sound like a parent // teacher, remember, uni stuffs comes first and I do hope you do well in that goal.

I'd very much like to see the "before and after" of some of your work
I probably will redo them after I have completed the dex. But I just want to push the ideas out there and get feedback on what is good, bad, etc.
I know uni stuff comes first. I don't start for another 2 weeks, however, rather than this being the main focus, I use the making of the fakemons as relief. Drawing and stuff is just a pastime, and will no way get in the way of my work, however, I do very much appreciate the advice

That's a good idea - get them out there and incorporate relevant feedback into future incarnations of them - I've added you to my d'watch so I'll be sure to comment often on your designs - I may even go back over ones you've uploaded prior to today and comment on 'em all too ^.^
