I've been doing well. I just finished my first semester at a university in the National capital, so it's been a busy few months.

My joooob is...well I work at a post production house editing photos and videos for commercial purposes. Haha it's all right puts bread on the table.

That sounds awesome! Do the projects you work on show up in TV or magazines and stuff? I can imagine it gets kind of tiring, though. Are you all settled in from the move? Moving is a pain in the neck.
It's been great so far. Yep, in Washington. I'm looking at hopefully double majoring in public relations and Spanish, but we'll see how it goes.

The working hours are kind of insane, but it's still fun for the novelty of it all.
Yeah; I work on stuff like coffee, facial care products, such and such. Haha, hurrah for commercialism. I'd prefer something more creative, but this is all right for now.

That's a shame. Does it give you much time to work on projects for yourself?
That's pretty sweet, though. Although, does it get weird going into a store and being like "I helped make the ads for that product"?
Hopefully something in the non-profit sector. Ideally the Ad Council, which does all our PSAs, but more realistically probably being a minion for the PR branch of a big company somewhere.

Mhh not really? It's more like, Oh so THAT'S how they decided to present it. We just...make the stuff. I don't know how they plan to display it or play it on television and whatnot.

PSA's? I have a friend who does exactly that; work PR for a company. He says he's bored and wants out/another job.

Ah, that's too bad. I can see where that would get boring- not having any ability to put things together yourself.
PSAs are Public Service Announcements. Like, "Don't hang out with people who have the swine flu" or "please remember to put money in your savings account." It's pretty basic stuff, but it changes all the time depending on who's in charge of what and what needs attention. Ah, that sucks. I hope he finds something better! I'm a little afraid of that fate, as well.

Basically yes. Since our work is project based there are days we don't have anything to work on, but yes I am on a vacation vacation.
