You do see the fallacy of that comment, right? Lets say my theory of religion being created to control gullible masses is true, you'll never believe me because that comment alone debunks anything I have to say. If you really read the bible it says that when Lucifer gave Eve the forbidden fruit she gained self awareness as well as morality. "For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.-And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.-And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons." Why would god forbid something that gives people knowledge and morality? It's almost as if god forbids self awareness which kind of supports my theory. You meditate, right? I saw that awesome picture you drew. Meditation is about self awareness, right? Then you are basically doing the opposite of what the bible teaches. Hell, funny thing is that Spiritual Satanism promotes meditation.
You should also know that Crowley isn't a Satanist, his message was of secular humanism. Illuminati was a group of scientists fighting against the church because the church had too much control and caused a lot of oppression. The only ties that they really had with the Freemasons was that some Freemasons were in the Illuminati but there was tension between much of the Illuminati and the Freemasons because majority of the Illuminati were atheist and to be a Freemason you have to be a creationist. The whole theory of Freemasons being Luciferian was created by a French prankster who admitted to it being a joke. Sorry I can't remember the name right now. The only known occult member in Freemasonry was Ben Kadosh, a self proclaimed Luciferian who made the first attempt at creating a Satanic religion but failed do to the fact that his only document on it was a bunch of mystic sounding nonsense. He had tried to push Luciferian ideals into Freemasonry but it hasn't been proven that he has and regardless his ideals were nonsense. He, infact, was kicked from many Masonic lodges so I highly doubt that anybody in Freemasonry actually looked up to him. All of these organizations have been tied together and all recognized as one organization by this conspiracy theory. Oh, I almost forget LeVayan Satanism. Anton LeVay is an atheist who created a religion just to insult Christianity. He's even admitted that some of his rituals were created to be shocking and insulting. So, yeah, don't believe every thing that Jesus is Savior and Immortal Technique have to say.

lol, not sure why you wrote me that long reply but you didn't say shit i didn't already know...
1. christianity is made as a religion to control the masses (lucifer is latin for the "bringer of light" or the "enlightened one".. therefore christianity's enemy is knowledge. this is why the biblical story of the apple and eve results in eve angering god when she eats the apple. the apple is a symbol of knowledge, and "god" was angered because eve was given knowledge by another "god" (which is represented by the serpent). mankind was never supposed to obtain knowledge because it makes us harder to control (this is evident in the sumerian genesis story and the cult of the snake). satanism isn't occult, it has been demonized by the xtians (they only claim the worship of "satan" or "lucifer" to spite and rebel against the church which oppresses them). many satanic practices stem from islamic and buddhist practices (such as meditation).. funny cuz alot of xtian practices stem from pagan beliefs (incense burning, chanting, etc)
2. Crowley was an occultist (he worshiped entities which turned out to be the ancient egyptian gods- he wrote his bible in a "trance" under guidance from horus), his basic message "do what thou wilt" was saying we as humans have free will and we must make our own choices and live by those choices (otherwise known as karma)
3. the illuminati was a secret society of enlightenment yes (Bavarian illuminati, a sect of philosophers and scientists hunted by the church), just like freemasonry was originally a group of stone masons who wanted to pro bono rebuild america after the civil war (the founding fathers were part of it). even christianity was originally a cult of revolution of thought.. the point is that corruption always finds it's way into these groups when they get power. the powers to be/royal bloodlines ("them", the elite, those with power who work to keep power) infiltrate these organizations and corrupt them (john wilkes booth was a freemason, he shot lincoln on behalf of the freemasons because lincoln wanted to close the federal reserve, among other things. lincoln wanted people to be free, this went against the battleplan of the corrupt members of his society, so they dealt with it). the elite consume every sect that grows too large and pose as that sect, this enables them to be unseen in a way ("it's not illuminati, it's freemason, it's not freemason, it's vatican, it's not vatican it's new world order, it's not new world order, it's old world order, it's not old world order, it's illuminati). the beliefs of freemasonry might not be occult, but there is definitely occultism in the elite (evident in what they do at bohemian grove and all the symbolism in everyday life)

I completely agree with you on all of it, accept that Freemasons formed a bit before the revolutionary war and the thing about Aleister Crowley.
The Thelemic theological system utilizes the divinities of various cultures and religions as personifications of specific divine, archetypal and cosmic forces.
I've talked to a dude in O.T.O. and asked him about a lot of this because I argued with somebody about my own interpretation of the Thelemic beliefs. Greatness of Twitter lol.
The whole reason for my rant or what ever was that I myself don't believe in occult and magic stuff. I think that's all nonsense. I don't believe that symbolism, especially basic shapes such as triangles, have a universal meaning. Let's say that there are tons of occult symbols purposely placed out there, they don't mean anything to anybody who doesn't know them. I think that the real corruption in the world is really money and that's it. Yes, I do believe there is a group of elites (the federal reserve) that pull the strings behind scenes (hell if people would just pay attention they'd realize that it's right in our faces) but their motives are nothing more than the evils of greed and the hunger for power.
Here's some random research and calculations I did that I think you might find interesting; South Korea statistically has the best education in the world, they pay one dollar on education for every one hundred citizens. The United States, as you should know, has a much more pathetic result from their educational systems. They spend one dollar on education for every six citizens. So either the government is paying to have our education dumb us down or the citizens themselves just aren't utilizing their education.

OTO has it's own set of dieties with their own characteristics yes, but they are still identified byt he ancient egyptian dieties (it's crowley himself who wrote the religion, therefore some of the teachings are going to be his own and therefore unique to his own religion, so obv it's not the exact same religion as ancient egypt.. but it's based/ on the same source or atleast claiming to be the same source)
and freemasonry dates back tot he time of the founding fathers (look it up- they were stonemasons who worked for free= freemasons)
and usa education can't be called education. it doesn't teach people how to learn it makes them memorize information. people need to learn how to think, not what to think

They don't believe in literal deities. This is why I consulted said OTO member, I wasn't sure if they actually worshiped living entities after reading "The Thelemic theological system utilizes the divinities of various cultures and religions as personifications of specific divine, archetypal and cosmic forces." I asked the specific member this "...do Thelemites believe in literal gods or metaphorical gods?" His reply was "...no, there is no belief in an omnipotent man in the sky."
You also have to consider that Crowley has stated that his literary work was up to interpretation by the reader, so one can take these gods as literal gods and one can take them as metaphors, both interpretations are acceptable. I think it also says some where in The Book Of The Law that man should not put god above man.
I did look it up when I replied and the Freemasons formed in the late 1600s while the the U.S. declared their independents in the late 1700s. I'm not denying that our founding fathers were Freemasons but I just don't think that the Freemasons formed for the specific reason you mentioned.
Yeah, I definitely agree with the last statement. I keep preaching that people don't really think for themselves, they just let political parties, religions, social groups, and popular culture tell them what to think. I also get a lot of hate for saying that a hidden government would be great if it were made up of enlightened and intelligent people with good intentions rather than greedy ones.
