If you want to add a deviation, you must join the group. Then, red the "Requirements for PokemonFusion Submission Guide" on the group's page to see if your sprite if good enough.

and I need a little help with panels. I don't understand how to get it to work with the Hotspot. Actually, I don't get how to make a hotspot. Can you help? (How do I set a hotspot?)

In your skin's folder, make a folder titled Hotspot. In that folder, there will be two images, Hotspot1.png and Hotspot.png.
Hotspot.png is what you want the hotspot to look like when you hover over it.
Hotspot1.png is what you want the hotspot to look like when you click it.

Then, go into the skin editor and click on "appearance" (The Target, and the first tab on the left.) There, you can set what you want the hotspot to do and where you want it to go.

Hey man. Iv'e got a new idea for a skin.

I have made some major changes in the last few minutes, like buttons, rating, hotspot button, etc. The idea is that it is a frame like skin that is glossy and glass like. When the hotspot is pressed, the banner (panel) will slide around like in my avatar, which will have the toolbar on it. The skin will be bigger than in the picture, by about 30%-50% because I scaled the screenshot. It will also have sub skins with different placement of the panel, and different panel colors.
So, what do you think?

Nevermind. I figured out what was wrong with the volume... and its not good. I was using step-by-step mode in volume. Unfortunately, that feature is only in CAD 3.0 beta, which is only for premium users. Even if I was a premium user and could use it, most people are not, and they wouldn't be able to use my skin.
Is there anything that I can do?

I am almost done. I have the case, disk, and arm done. The arm is working fine and the disk however is stagnant because it is an overlay to the case. Is there any way I can animate it?
Also, can you tell me if there is any way to make the album art spin automatically, just to make the record look more realistic.

Yea, Iv'e been using it for a while. I know (at least now I do since you gave me that introduction) how they made the special effect; but I wanted to know if there was any way to make the art itself spin. I don't think so, but you never know.

Oh well, I think it looks fine.
I managed to get the record to spin wen the song is playing. Because of layering issues, the record (effect) is on top of the arm (progress bar) when the application starts up. All you have to do to correct it is click the arm, and I set the disk to "click through" so it doesn't happen twice, but is there any way to layer the progress bar above the effect?
