# About me

Like most kids I started at a young age with a crayon in my fist, but unlike most normal kids, they couldn’t pry it out (I can still hear my dad screaming, “Who took all the pencils?” I also fell in love with fairy tales, rocket ships, and mythology, and this fascination has entangled itself throughout my work. A passion for animals and nature also gets wrapped up in the weave of my art so that a vast amount of my subject matter is a mix of creatures of another reality or mind set.

I survived my early years in Mesa, Arizona, living on a diet of science fiction, comic books, spring board diving, and gymnastics. At age 19, I escaped the suburban desert, for the land of Oz, also known as the city of Los Angeles, California. There I wallowed in the delights of the multi cultural movie madness with the variedprofessions of graphic artist for the Los Angeles Zoo, art director for a small educational publishing firm, children's illustrator, and finally at age 30 I entered the world of TV animation as a story board artist. For the past many years I have worked for just about every large animation studio, and also illustrate for fantasy roll playing and collectable card games.

Hello.

Were you a storyboard artist for The Land Before Time: Journey of the Brave? I would like to know if you have any storyboards of the movie in your possession and could you perhaps share them? I am very curious as to the production of the film. Thank you.

Those are great storyboards, I have seen them many times now. It's great to be able to paint a picture of what the film's production was like, especially the production of the LBT sequels as not much is known about those behind-the-scenes.

But my question is - were there any scenes cut from this movie? I know about the old ribcage one with the Sharpteeth, but were there any others that you can remember? I know a lot about the deleted scenes of the original Land Before Time film, but I always assumed there was stuff that was cut from the sequels as well.

Also, concerning the sharpteeth - do you what species of dinosaur they are supposed? What dinosaur were they based on during production? Allosaurus? Yutyrannus? Monolophosaurus? They kind of resemble all three of those (I always thought they were Yutyrannus since they are known to be large carnivores that had feathers). Some people I know are curious as to what their species is. It would be a great pleasure if you could answer these questions. Thanks again.

Hello. I heard you were an artist on "Shnookums and Meat" and "Bonkers", which are one of my favorite cartoon shows. Besides, I couldn't find any storyboards of them, but, do you still have them, so I can see some of the drawings, please?
